A New Taste of Vietnam: Cộng Cà Phê Paris Launches Its New Chè Collection

On 16 March 2026, Cộng Cà Phê Paris unveiled a new chapter in its culinary journey with the launch of two refreshing Vietnamese desserts: Chè Xoài (Mango Chè) and Chè Thạch Tổng Hợp (Mixed Jelly Chè). Before the official release, members of the Cộng community were invited to an exclusive tasting event, offering them a first opportunity to discover and help celebrate our newest creations.

Celebrating Vietnam’s Beloved Dessert Tradition

At Cộng Cà Phê, every new menu item begins with a story.

After introducing Vietnamese coffee culture to Paris, we wanted to shine a light on another cherished part of everyday life in Vietnam: chè, a family of sweet desserts enjoyed across the country throughout the year.

Served warm or cold depending on the season, chè is much more than dessert. It is a familiar afternoon treat, a comforting childhood memory, and a symbol of Vietnamese hospitality. Every region has its own recipes, ingredients, and traditions, making chè one of the most diverse expressions of Vietnamese cuisine.

Inspired by this rich heritage, our team created two new desserts that celebrate freshness, balance, and the vibrant flavours of Vietnam while remaining true to the identity of Cộng Cà Phê.

Introducing the New Chè Collection

The new collection features two signature creations, each offering a different interpretation of Vietnamese dessert culture.

Chè Xoài

Refreshing, fruity, and naturally vibrant, Chè Xoài combines the sweetness of ripe mango with silky textures and delicate layers that make every spoonful light and satisfying.

Perfect for spring and summer, this dessert captures the tropical flavours that have long been part of Vietnamese cuisine while offering a refreshing finish after coffee or a meal.

Chè Thạch Tổng Hợp

For guests who enjoy variety, Chè Thạch Tổng Hợp brings together colourful jellies, sweet ingredients, and refreshing textures in one harmonious dessert.

Every spoonful offers a different combination, creating the playful experience that has made mixed chè one of Vietnam’s most popular desserts across generations.

Together, these two creations reflect the balance, freshness, and simplicity that define Vietnamese sweets.

An Exclusive Tasting Before the Official Launch

Before introducing the collection to the public, Cộng Cà Phê Paris welcomed members of its community to an exclusive tasting event.

The evening was designed as a moment of sharing, where loyal customers became the very first to experience the new desserts.

Guests sampled both recipes, exchanged impressions with our team, and discovered the inspiration behind each creation in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

This preview reflected one of Cộng Cà Phê’s core values: building meaningful relationships with the people who have supported us since our arrival in Paris.

Their enthusiasm, conversations, and valuable feedback made the event even more memorable and reaffirmed our commitment to creating experiences that extend beyond coffee.

More Than a New Menu

For us, launching a new product is never simply about adding another item to the menu.

Each new creation is an opportunity to introduce another aspect of Vietnamese culture.

While Vietnamese coffee remains at the heart of Cộng Cà Phê, our ambition has always been to share the broader richness of Vietnamese gastronomy – from traditional beverages and street food to comforting desserts enjoyed every day throughout Vietnam.

The new Chè Collection continues that journey, inviting guests to discover flavours that remain unfamiliar to many in France while celebrating recipes loved by generations of Vietnamese families.

Continuing to Share Vietnamese Culture in Paris

Since opening in Paris, Cộng Cà Phê has become much more than a café.

Through workshops, tasting events, seasonal menu launches, and cultural gatherings, we continue to create moments where people can discover Vietnam through its flavours, traditions, and stories.

The launch of our new Chè Collection is another step in that mission, reflecting our desire to offer authentic experiences that bring people together around food, coffee, and conversation.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for this special tasting event and helped make the launch such a warm and memorable occasion.
