On November 24, 2025, Cộng Cà Phê Paris officially introduced its new Matcha Collection, marking an exciting new chapter for the brand in the French capital. The collection features five signature creations, Coconut Matcha, Matcha Blanc Coco, Matcha Latte, Matcha Crème Salée, and Matcha Pure, each crafted to showcase the balance, refinement, and distinctive flavour philosophy that define Cộng Cà Phê.
Designed as a fresh and contemporary interpretation of matcha, the collection celebrates an ingredient deeply rooted in tradition while presenting it through thoughtfully crafted recipes. Staying true to our philosophy, every drink is carefully prepared to highlight the natural character of matcha, delivering a harmonious experience in every cup.
Matcha Tasting Day: An Exclusive First Look
Ahead of the official launch, Cộng Cà Phê Paris hosted a Matcha Tasting Day on Saturday, November 22, 2025, offering loyal customers an exclusive preview of the new collection.
Guests had the opportunity to discover each drink, explore the unique flavor profiles of matcha, and exchange their impressions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an opportunity to celebrate curiosity, conversation, and a shared appreciation for craftsmanship.
“The Art of Matcha”: An Immersive Workshop
Following the collection’s launch, “The Art of Matcha” workshop took place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, inviting participants on an educational and sensory journey into the world of matcha.
Developed in collaboration with Ms. Nhung, the workshop introduced guests to traditional matcha tools, preparation techniques, and the essential steps behind the drinks featured in the new collection. At the end of the session, each participant received a mini matcha kit to continue exploring the art of matcha at home. Guests also enjoyed a curated exhibition and sale of handcrafted chawan, traditional matcha bowls, adding another cultural dimension to the experience.
